This is a very important part of the L'Sota experience as well. Orientation completion is mandatory for any couple or single to attend any L'Sota function. |

What we have found to be true is once the couple attends a L'Sota orientation the female of that couple discovers that "swinging" (the alternative lifestyle) is not what she thought it was. In fact many times after orientation it is the female of the couple that is even more excited and interested about L'Sota than her male partner. |

discussed at orientation are: STD's and HIV, how to meet other couples and singles at a
dance social or how to intermix with others on Play Night. How to say "no thank
you," how to say "yes," body image, how to deal with jealousy, female
bi-sexuality, why male bi-sexuality is taboo to many, how a couple can approach singles,
do's and don'ts, etiquette within L'Sota and the alternative adult lifestyle and much

Pre-Dance Blast Social and Pre-Play Nights Orientation Topics that shall be covered include but are not limited to;

| Before each and every L'Sota hosted function a
very comprehensive Pre-Dance Blast Social as well as a Pre-Play Nights orientation for new
couples and new single females is held. Pre-registration is required at least 3 days prior
to the Pre-Play Nights orientation you desire to attend. Pre-Play Nights orientation is
held on a Saturday night immediately before Play Nights. Please check the events section
of this site for dates. If you then desire to stay for Play Nights you are welcome to do so. L'Sota's Pre-Play Nights orientation begins at 7:30 p.m. and concludes at approximately 9:00 p.m. This orientation is smaller much more detailed than the pre-dance orientation. This orientation is for those that are not sure if in fact L'Sota or the Alternative Adult Lifestyle is right for them. Hear from the hosts of L'Sota "no bullshit" about what L'Sota is and what L'Sota is not. The hosts of Play Nights are experienced in swinging and lead this informative evening of discovery. There are no questions that won't be addressed, all topics shall be covered. This is the perfect opportunity to speak with swing club leaders on a virtual almost one-on-one basis. |
| The setting for Pre-Play Nights orientation is
limited to five couples and/or four single females. A maximum number of 10 individuals
shall be permitted. All this in a comfortable and relaxed setting of a motel/hotel. All of
your questions shall be answered honestly, openly and directly. A donation of 25.00 per
couple or 15.00 per single female is requested to attend. For those that attend the
Pre-Play Nights orientation, you may stay for Play Nights by simply becoming a L'Sota
member at that time. This is offered as an option NOT required. Of course you may
leave at any time. Pre-Play Nights orientation also provides those that attend a peek at what true swinging is all about if a couple or single female desires to become a L'Sota member and stay for Play Nights. Single males are NOT permitted to attend Pre-Play Nights orientation or Play Nights. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and coolers, smoking is permitted. All L'Sota Play Nights functions are B.Y.O.B. Attire for the evening is casual. (Jeans, slacks, shorts, skirts, sweats, whatever is comfortable.) You of course may leave at any time. Feel free to relax, kick back, listen and of course ask questions and discover what L'Sota as well as what the Alternative Adult Lifestyle is really all about. |

Pre-Dance Blast Social Orientation |
| The pre-dance blast social orientation is held
at 5:30 p.m. prior to every L'Sota Dance Blast Social. This orientation satisfies the
requirements of all couples, single females and sponsored single male members to complete
orientation prior to being admitted to any L'Sota function. This orientation is a moderate version of the Pre-Play Nights orientation. To attend L'Sota's Pre-Dance Blast Social orientation which is held immediately before a Dance Blast Social. Simply register to become a L'Sota member. As a couple, single female or sponsored single male a $49.95 membership is required. As a new couple or as a new single member to L'Sota your first L'Sota Dance Blast Social, OR your first Play Nights is also included with your membership. Members also receive discounted room rates at Dance Blast functions, as well as your password and Login for the L'Sota members only area upon this website. |
